Axis1 warrants its golf clubs to be free of defects in materials, workmanship, and within acceptable manufacturing tolerances, for 1 year from the date of the purchase (the "Warranty Period"). This warranty does not cover scratches or blemishes due to normal wear and tear.

If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a prompt refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition, including all included accessories and components. Returns received with missing or damaged adjustable weights, or with damage beyond normal wear and tear, may be subject to a partial refund or may not be eligible for return. Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Please email us directly at ADMIN@AXIS1GOLF.COM for return authorization and shipping instructions.

All ordered are processed within 48 hours of purchase. Custom orders such as adjustments needed for Loft and Lie may take up to one week to process and ship.

All orders made online ship from our US locations, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

All orders are shipped via UPS, USPS, FedEx, or DHL and postage costs are calculated by UPS, USPS, FedEx, or DHL based on the delivery location

Any orders completed during the weekend will be processed starting on Monday of the following week.
